Details
At the heart of every drop of this precious elixir lies a story that goes back in time, a story of slow and meticulous fermentation, of flavors that evolve and transform over time.
Le Tardif comes from a late harvest from the Ledoyar estate in the Corbières in 2010. It was kept for 9 years in barrels, resulting in a loss of more than 35% of the initial volume.
