Instructions for use: Pour a bottle of red wine (750ml) into a container and add a quarter (250ml) of water. Pour in the entire vinegar starter preparation (1L). Allow about 3 months for the vinegar mother to form (a visible mass of bacteria indicating that the vinegar is ready to be used).
