Strong, fragrant and aromatic like no other, Granhota fine mustard is made from brown mustard seeds that grow near Narbonne and Granhota wine vinegar. Entirely French, it can be enjoyed with all sauces and goes wonderfully with red meats. Process: seeds crushed with a stone mill, then matured for a week in vinegar before jarring.
