Old-fashioned mustard made with our seeds harvested in Narbonne, this time enhanced with Granhota Balsamic Vinegar. This 100% French mustard is richer and milder! The seeds are stone-ground, then matured in the vinegar for a week before being jarred. This mustard is a refined variation of traditional old-fashioned mustard, complemented by the characteristic taste of balsamic vinegar.
