Strong, fragrant and aromatic like no other, Granhota grain mustard is made from brown mustard seeds that grow near Narbonne and Granhota wine vinegar. Entirely French, it can be enjoyed with all sauces and goes wonderfully with red meats. Process: seeds lightly ground with a stone mill so as not to release too much spiciness, then matured for a week in vinegar before jarring.
