Green virgin olive oil is a variety of extra virgin olive oil that is known for its green color, strong taste, and fruity aroma. Green virgin olive oil is extracted primarily from green olives, harvested before they are fully ripe. These green olives give the oil a more robust flavor and more pronounced aromas than those used for olive oils. It offers a lively flavor, often described as herbaceous, pungent, and sometimes slightly bitter. Notes of fresh grass, green leaves, artichoke, and sometimes green banana are characteristic of this variety.

Notes, aromas and ingredients
The aroma of virgin green olive oil is intense and fruity. Notes of fresh olives, green tomatoes, fresh herbs and sometimes green fruits can be detected.
Ingredients : 60% Lucques olives and 40% Narbonnaise olives.
