Aged in oak barrels for two years, this Muscat balsamic vinegar is made from cooked Muscat grape must and Muscat vinegar. More unconventional than a "classic" balsamic, it is an asset in both your sweet and savory preparations. Like all our products, there are no added sulfites, sugar, or caramel; our balsamic is 100% derived from grapes!
