  • 20 cl of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 25 g of baking chocolate
  • Red Kampot pepper
  • Praline

Preparation of the honey vinegar poached pears recipe

  • Peel the pears.
  • Bring the water, honey vinegar, honey, cinnamon, and pepper to a boil for 3 minutes.
