Baked Fruits with Muscat Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 nectarine
  • 120 g Muscat grapes
  • 200 mL water
  • 100 mL Muscat balsamic vinegar ©Granhota

Preparation

  • Peel half a pineapple.
  • Cut into wedges: an apple, a nectarine, and half of the pineapple.
  • Place all the fruits in a saucepan with 200 mL of water and cover the saucepan with a lid.
  • Cook covered for 45 minutes in the oven at 120°C.
  • Once out of the oven, drain the fruits.
  • Drizzle the fruits with 100 mL of Muscat balsamic vinegar.

Can be eaten hot or cold
